There are three pools available at Holywell Leisure Centre, a standard six lane 25m length pool (28°c). Two small pools, both 6m by 6m, these baby and splash pools are maintained at 30°c.
There are individual and family changing areas and changing room for those with a disability. Visit the ‘Changing Places’ website for more information. There is a visitors viewing gallery alongside the main pool.
Junior swimming lessons are held after school between 3.45 pm to 6.15 pm for four-year-olds upwards, these are extremely popular classes held in ten-week block sessions. These lessons need to be pre-booked.
We also hold daytime classes for three-year-olds.
The Centre also hosts Holywell Swimming Club and for babies, Puddleducks, see Club section.
