A fun, high impact water session targeting fitness and strength in the water, with bursts of work and short rest periods. The class combines cardiovascular exercises with strength training in the pool and is a great way to build up core strength and flexibility. Aqua HIIT provides the perfect blend of both fun and fitness with minimal impact on your joints. Suitable for all abilities.
