Our Classes - Aqua Jog

Aqua Jog is an effective style of training and a rehabilitation method which uses low impact resistance training. Participants wear a belt and move in a running-like motion utilising all areas of the pool. The class would prove beneficial to runners as very similar muscle groups are used. Suitable for all abilities, however competence in the deep end is recommended.
