Our Classes - Aqua Yoga

Water Yoga comprises of performing yoga poses in the pool to get a low-impact, full-body workout that helps to improve your strength, balance and range of movement. The class takes place in our warmer pool which will help to calm the body and mind, ease stress and anxiety and alleviate aches and pains.
