Beginners Yoga is the perfect class if you have always wanted to try Yoga. This class will enable you to learn the fundamentals of Yoga such as common poses, correct alignment principles along with breath work, meditation and relaxation techniques. Suitable for all abilities and designed to give participants the confidence to then try more advanced Yoga practice.
