Box N’ Burn is an intensive workout with an innovative approach to physical fitness which combines a unique combination of both weighted and bodyweight exercises. This high intensity workout provides an effective way for participants to burn calories, build lean muscle and increase their overall strength and endurance. It also focuses on developing an individual’s agility, coordination, balance, speed, power and reaction time. Suitable for all abilities and exercises can be modified when required.
