Our Classes - Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness offers a variety of exercises, including weight-bearing movements, balance work, core strengthening and stretching. This class really focuses on correct form and technique to ensure participants get the most out of each session. Suitable for all abilities, the instructor will be able to modify each exercise to meet individual fitness levels and goals.
