Our Classes - Intermediate Yoga

Intermediate Yoga provides a slightly more intense and vigorous style of Yoga with progression to full Yoga Asana’s Vinyasa and Hatha-style. Vinyasa Yoga is a style of modern Yoga that uses a series of flowing and dynamic postures and breath sequences that lead into and out of the main Yoga poses. Participants ideally should already have good base knowledge of Yoga practices and asanas.
