Our Classes - Movements for Wellbeing

Movements for Wellbeing is a unique wellness experience combining the ancient art of Tai Chi with modern mindfulness practices, through a specially developed sequence of movements which promote physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The movements are varied and easy to follow, with some beautiful flowing sequences but also include a series of more challenging exercises. Suitable for all abilities and can be practiced both seated and standing.
