A combination of Pilates-based exercises combined with trigger point relief and clinical Myofascial principles which help to alleviate chronic pain conditions using equipment. This class is designed to help release tight muscles to enhance daily movement and restructure the body enabling one to move with ease and relieve painful conditions. Suitable for all abilities and can be adapted where required.
