Our Classes - Wellness Yin Yoga

Yin is a beautiful slow-paced Yoga practice where floor-based postures are held for longer periods of time which helps to stretch the body whilst calming the mind. Yin Yoga targets your fascia, ligaments, joints and bones and is a slow more meditative style of Yoga which helps to alleviate pain and tension, relieve stress and anxiety and improve your overall wellbeing. Suitable for all abilities.
