Our Classes - Yoga for Men

Do you want to start Yoga and don’t know where to begin? This beginner’s course is designed to break down the barriers for men to attend Yoga. It will teach you breathwork, positivity, flexibility, mobility as well as building overall strength. With its relaxed, friendly atmosphere, this course will be a step-by-step learning curve to give you the confidence to attend other Yoga classes. Relaxed clothing and yoga mat are required. Suitable for all abilities.
