Relaxed pace free-flowing Yoga, Hatha and Yin combined with attention given to breathing techniques. Hatha Yoga is the Yoga of the physical postures and physical practice. Designed to build a strong and healthy body whilst also incorporating breathing practice and stilling the mind to allow meditation. Suitable for all abilities with modifications provided throughout if required.
