Our Classes - Yogalates

Yogalates combines the best of both Yoga and Pilates, offering a full body workout that focuses on toning muscles, increasing strength and improving posture. This low impact exercise provides a physically challenging workout to tone and strengthen the whole body. Participants ideally should already have good base knowledge of Yoga practices and asanas.
