Our Classes - Yogalates / Relaxed Yogalates

Yogalates combines the best of both Yoga and Pilates, offering a full body workout that focuses on toning muscles, increasing strength and improving posture. This low impact exercise provides a physically challenging workout to tone and strengthen the whole body. Participants ideally should already have good base knowledge of Yoga practices and asanas. Both classes are suitable for beginners but the Tuesday evening class is slightly more intense.
