Manager
James has worked in the Sport and Leisure industry for the last 14 years and is perfectly placed to help develop the Leisure Centre not-for-profit charitable business at this time of tremendous change. He enjoys the challenge of management and is involved in devising new activity programmes. James enjoys his motorcycling as a pastime.
Operations Officer
Ben has worked at the Centre for the last 26 years. His career in the Sports and Leisure industries has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team. Ben is also responsible for the delivery of lifeguard, first aid and health and safety training. His passions in life are family, football and the long term continued success of Holywell Leisure Centre.
Swimming coordinator
Tim has worked at Holywell leisure Centre for 12 years and absolutely loves working here. He loves how the staff act as one team and thinks of everyone as family which is a great environment to be a part of.
In his spare time, Tim plays football and cricket. Tim is a family man, which is very important to him and he loves spending time with his two children. Tim has a huge passion for teaching children to swim and is proud of how well our swimming lessons are run and the high standards we maintain.
Supervisor
Jonathan has worked at Holywell Leisure Centre for 27 years and during that time has worked as a lifeguard, step up supervisor and taught swimming lessons to people of all ability levels. Jonathan is now in a supervisory position and loves to see the Leisure Centre thrive in every way possible, not just for the local community that it provides a service to, but for the close-knit team that works here too.
Communications Manager
Amy's role at Holywell Leisure Centre involves the continuous development of communication and marketing strategies to help promote the Centre. Her main priorities since being in the post have been to increase engagement on our social media platforms, website development and streamlining processes by making them digital. Her previous role as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor at the Centre also means she has valuable insight into our customer needs and the health and fitness industry.
Systems Lead Officer
Paula has worked in the leisure industry for over 20 years. She is extremely experienced in operating systems and provides an exceptional customer service experience for our members. She is committed to ensuring the success of the Centre continues. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, walking and reading.
